1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Sukidata provides developer tools for collecting and delivering structured public web data. In this policy, “Sukidata,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Sukidata website, application, APIs, and related support services.
This policy covers information handled through sukidata.com and its subdomains, the Sukidata application and API, support communications, and other services that link to this policy. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the service, and limited information supplied by service providers. Depending on how you use Sukidata, this can include:
- Account and workspace information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization membership, and preferences.
- Service content and configuration, such as API requests, search parameters, job and result metadata, webhook configuration, stored artifacts, and support instructions you send us.
- Usage and credit records, including request counts, cache status, credit grants and consumption, errors, and operational history.
- Technical and security data, including IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request identifiers, logs, and signals used to prevent abuse and diagnose reliability issues.
- Website interaction and analytics data, such as page views, referral source, approximate location, clicks, scrolling, navigation, performance diagnostics, and page or session identifiers collected through Microsoft Clarity.
- Support communications, including messages and attachments sent by email or through the Intercom messenger.
- Transaction and payment records, such as order identifiers, purchased products or credits, amount, currency, payment status, refunds, and billing contact details. Payment providers may process card, bank, wallet, or cryptocurrency credentials; we generally receive transaction details rather than full payment credentials.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Sukidata, process requests, deliver results, manage accounts and credits, respond to support, maintain service quality, and meet legal obligations. We also use aggregate or de-identified information to understand performance and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information or use service content to build advertising profiles. We do not use API request content for unrelated marketing.
4. Legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested services; legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving Sukidata; consent where a specific feature or communication requires it; and compliance with law. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting earlier processing.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties. Retention varies by data type and may be shorter for temporary crawler artifacts and longer for account, credit, transaction, security, and backup records.
When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles, technical constraints, legal holds, and records that must be preserved.
8. Security and international transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect API keys and account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
Sukidata and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. You can clear browser storage through your browser and unsubscribe from non-essential communications.
To make a privacy request, email support@sukidata.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it is needed for security, legal compliance, transaction records, or the rights of others.
10. Public and third-party data
Sukidata helps customers retrieve information from public web pages. Customers are responsible for selecting lawful requests and for their own collection, use, disclosure, and retention of returned data. Search results may contain information controlled by third parties, and those parties' terms and privacy rights continue to apply.
11. Children
Sukidata is a business and developer service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
