1. Scope and purchase terms

Sukidata is committed to providing stable, high-quality services. Please read this policy before purchasing credits, a plan, a subscription, or another paid service.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through an official Sukidata website, application, invoice, or order form. Purchases made through a reseller or another third party are subject to that seller's refund process unless the applicable order states otherwise.

The product description, price, included credits or service period, renewal terms, currency, taxes, and payment method shown at purchase form part of your order. A signed order form or checkout term may set different refund conditions for that purchase and will control in the event of a conflict, subject to rights that cannot be waived by law.

2. Refund eligibility

Unless an order states otherwise, a refund request based on product quality must be sent to support@sukidata.com within seven calendar days after the customer's first purchase of the relevant product. The purchase must have been made through an official Sukidata channel using a non-cryptocurrency payment method, and no more than 30% of the purchased credits or included usage may have been consumed. Each customer may use this first-purchase refund opportunity once.

We may verify account activity, usage records, transaction details, and relevant support communications. Depending on the verified issue, Sukidata may correct or replace the service, issue service credits, or approve a full or partial refund.

  • Duplicate charges or an incorrect amount caused by a verified billing or processing error will be corrected or refunded.
  • If a material technical failure attributable to Sukidata makes the purchased service unusable, notify us promptly. If we cannot restore the service within 15 calendar days after receiving sufficient information to investigate, you may request a refund of the unused purchased portion.
  • Refunds required by applicable law will be provided regardless of any narrower term in this policy.

3. Non-refundable purchases and usage

Except where required by law or expressly stated in an order, refunds are not provided for:

  • Credits, requests, or service capacity already consumed, or an initial purchase for which more than 30% of the included usage has been consumed.
  • Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or subsequent purchases after the first purchase of the relevant product.
  • Free, bonus, trial, promotional, transferred, or expired credits and other benefits with no amount paid to Sukidata.
  • A change of mind, unused service after the seven-day request period, or a plan whose stated service period has expired.
  • A request involving materially incomplete, inconsistent, or false account or transaction information.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
  • A service that materially conforms to its description or applicable service-level agreement, including differences caused by a target website, search engine, network, proxy, customer configuration, customer integration, or third-party software outside Sukidata's control.
  • Bank, payment-provider, exchange, conversion, blockchain network, gas, or other third-party fees that Sukidata did not receive.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, and access ordinarily continues until the end of that period unless the applicable plan states otherwise or access is terminated for cause.

Failure to use a subscription, credits, or included capacity does not by itself create a right to a refund. Any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency purchases are not eligible for the initial-purchase refund described above because blockchain transfers are generally irreversible once confirmed. We will review a verified duplicate payment, incorrect payment amount, failure to credit the purchased service caused by our systems, or a refund required by law.

Any approved cryptocurrency refund is based on the original transaction record and may be issued in the original asset or another method permitted by the payment provider and compliance requirements. Network fees, gas fees, exchange costs, and changes in market value are not refundable.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@sukidata.com from the email address associated with the account. Include the workspace, order or transaction identifier, purchase date, amount, payment method, affected service, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, or other authentication credentials.

We may request reasonable identity, account, payment, and technical information needed to investigate. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where practical. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider, bank, network, currency, and any required compliance review.

7. Service discontinuation

If Sukidata permanently discontinues a paid service and does not provide a substantially equivalent replacement, affected customers will receive a pro-rata refund or service credit for the unused purchased portion. This does not apply to free or promotional benefits, temporary outages, routine provider changes, or termination resulting from a breach of the Terms of Service.

8. Payment disputes and mandatory rights

Please contact support@sukidata.com before opening a chargeback or payment-provider dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. We may restrict an account while a disputed payment, fraud signal, or duplicate refund is reviewed.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you, a purchase remains governed by the version presented or in effect when that purchase was completed, together with its order-specific terms.

Questions about refunds, cancellations, or billing can be sent to support@sukidata.com.
