Is a credit pack a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Buy another when you need more credits.
How do the monthly free credits work?
You receive 1,000 credits on signup, then monthly based on your signup date. Unused free credits expire at the next renewal and do not roll over.
When do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the time they are added to your balance. You can check remaining credits and expiry dates in the console.
Do Playground and MCP cost extra?
No. API, Playground, and MCP use the same product rates. SERP and Twitter consume Web Data credits; image generation and JEV consume USD AI balance.
Can I use free or purchased Web Data credits for AI?
No. Free and purchased Web Data credits are for SERP and Twitter. Image generation and JEV share a separate AI balance, denominated in USD, which does not expire.
